Incorrect Shipping Information

If you've made an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update your order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows your order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:
- Checking around your property
- Asking neighbours or household members
- Contacting your local courier
If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.
Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
We'll review your claim and arrange a suitable resolution where appropriate.
Multiple Shipments
In some cases, orders containing multiple items may arrive separately depending on warehouse availability.
If this happens, you'll receive separate tracking information where applicable.
